  • You can safely store your breastmilk for up to 10-12 hours if the condition of the cooler bag permits.

Q. How do I defrost my breastmilk?

  • The sealed bag shall be rinsed with running tap water when thawing frozen breastmilk. If time permits, you may place thaw the frozen breastmilk in the refrigerator. Do not heat breastmilk directly on a stove or microwave, as this will destroy the nutrients in breastmilk. After thawing, pour it into a feeding bottle and feed your baby. Defrosted breastmilk must be consumed within 24 hours and cannot be frozen again.

Q. Will the storage bag leak easily?

  • No, our storage bag is double-walled to prevent leakage. As such, under normal circumstances, the storage bag shall not leak. Should you encounter any leakage incident during use, kindly contact us immediately.
